Terms and Conditions for Once in a Lifetime Photography

  1. Agreement: This agreement is between the Client and Once in a Lifetime Photography, from now on referred to as the "Photographer".

  2. Services: Photographer agrees to provide wedding photography services as outlined in the signed contract.

  3. Payment: A deposit of 15%] is required to secure the specified date. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 28 Days before the wedding day.

  4. Cancellation: Any payments made are non-refundable if the Client cancels the wedding or photography service.

  5. Rescheduling: If the wedding date is changed, the Photographer will make every effort to accommodate the new date. An additional fee may be charged for rescheduling.

  6. Copyright: All photographs taken by Once in a Lifetime Photography are the Photographer's property and are copyrighted by Once in a Lifetime Photography. Reproduction without express permission is forbidden.

  7. Image Use: The Photographer retains the right to use images taken for marketing, promotional, competition, and other purposes.

  8. Delivery: Digital photos will be delivered within 6-8 weeks after the wedding date. Albums, prints, or other products will have varied delivery times.

  9. Limit of Liability: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, the Photographer may appoint a replacement. If this is not possible, the Photographer will return any payments received, which will constitute the full extent of the Photographer's liability towards the Client.

  10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster, and any other unforeseeable events beyond its control.

  11. Revisions: Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

  12. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  13. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the complete understanding between the Client and the Photographer.
