I specialise in capturing the most critical moments of your special day in a relaxed and unobtrusive candid way with a flash of creativity. I cover everything from bridal preparation to at least one hour after your first dance.

My wedding photography style combines classic, timeless images and artistic storytelling. I aim to capture real moments, the emotion and beauty of your wedding day authentically and creatively. I focus on natural light and subtle details to create romantic, elegant photos that evoke powerful memories for years. I strive to bring out each couple's unique qualities, making truly unique images.

Would you happen to offer digital files with your packages?

My packages include high-resolution digital images and an online gallery for sharing and viewing. I also offer custom prints and albums to help you preserve your memories. Each photograph is meticulously edited to ensure every photo is ready to print and share.

What type of photographic equipment do you use?

I use professional-grade digital cameras and lenses to capture your special day. I also have lighting equipment, including portable strobes and flash units, to create stunning images in any setting. Additionally, I have a range of props and accessories that can add an extra layer of creativity to my photos. I also carry a range of backup equipment as, more often than you would realise, cameras and lenses get broken as accidents happen.

What is your pricing structure?

I offer a simple all-day wedding package that covers all-day wedding photography, including digital images, an online gallery, and a license to use and print. I also provide custom packages for smaller weddings, elopements, and destination weddings. Please feel free to contact me for more information about my pricing structure.

How do I Book you for my wedding?

Complete the form on my Contact Me page, and I will send you a formal quotation. Accept the quote and pay the booking deposit you booked.

How many hours of coverage do you typically provide?

My all-day coverage usually starts with bridal preparation 3 hours before the ceremony. It usually ends one hour after the first dance at the evening reception. I stay much later than most wedding photographers as I know the best creative photographs happen after sunset. If more time is needed, I can provide additional coverage for an additional fee.

Do you offer engagement / Pre-wedding shoots?

Yes, I offer these photo sessions for all of my couples. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know each other before the big day and create beautiful images that will last a lifetime. Engagement sessions typically occur in an outdoor location that is meaningful to the couple, such as a park or forest. I also offer custom packages for destination engagement shoots so that you can capture your special moment in an exotic location.

How many wedding photos can we expect to receive?

My packages include high-resolution digital images you can download, print or share with family and friends. On average, I deliver an online gallery of at least 500 photos. Still, the number can vary depending on the size and length of your wedding.

How long will it take to receive our photos after the wedding?

During peak wedding season, I typically deliver your photos within six to eight weeks of your wedding date. Other photographers may outsource editing your wedding photographs and can provide them within a week. However, I edit each of your pictures to ensure they are print ready and edited in a consistent style.

What is your backup and editing process?

I take great care to ensure that all your wedding photos are backed up and secure. On the evening of a wedding, I copy all of the files to my office desktop pc; I then copy the files onto an external SSD, which is kept in a storage unit in case anything happens to my home studio. Furthermore, I have my desktop pc make a backup copy of all the images into a secure cloud storage provider. I also keep the memory cards in a safe location until after the photos are delivered to you.

As for editing, I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to maximise the editing of each photograph. I aim to create timeless images with a modern feel while preserving your day's natural atmosphere.

Will we receive the rights to our photos?

Yes, with all my packages, you will receive the right to reproduce your images for personal use. You can make prints, share them on social media, or create custom photo albums and products to help preserve your memories. You will also have access to an online wedding gallery with high-resolution images for easy downloading and sharing.

Do you offer wedding album design services?

I offer custom album design services to help you create a stunning keepsake that will last a lifetime. My albums are designed with the utmost care and attention to detail and feature colour-corrected images from your wedding day. Additionally, I use archival-quality paper and binding materials to ensure that your album is of the highest quality. My albums come in various sizes and styles so that you can choose the perfect one.

Would you work with a shot list or prefer a more candid approach?

I prefer a candid approach to wedding photography, as it lets me capture your special day's genuine emotion and spirit as it happens. I understand you may want me to capture specific photos or poses, so I am happy to work with a shot list. Additionally, I will also take the time to get to know you and your family before the wedding so that I can anticipate any special requests and ensure that all of your memories are captured.

How do you handle inclement weather on the wedding day?

In the event of inclement weather on your wedding day, I am always willing to work with you and the wedding venue to find an alternative solution that will still capture your special day. I also bring several professional lighting and photography equipment with me. Additional lighting may be required for the best results if we move the session indoors.
